  • Shipping

    CALOS offers FREE standard U.S Ground Shipping in all orders! No promotion/coupon code is required to receive free shipping on purchases. Orders ship Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend, or observed holidays, will ship the next available business day. All orders ship directly from sunny Miami, Florida, where we create, formulate, and manufacture our entire lines of skincare products! Each jar and bottle is filled and packed with the highest attention to quality and detail.

  • Out-of-stock Items & Backorders

    Out-of-stock items should not be able to be ordered, however, should an item on your order be out of stock at time of fulfillment, we will notify you via email the expected in-stock date. Your remaining order will ship on time and the out-of-stock item will ship when available at no extra charge to you.

  • Returns

    If you would like to return an item purchased online, please contact our INFOdesk to initiate your return at +1 786 521 4551 or info@shopcalos.com. Please include the order number in the subject of your email, and a detailed description in the email body. A customer service representative will be in touch ASAP with a solution. It is important that you contact our INFOdesk before you send in a returned item. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to Customer Care.

  • Are your products organic?

    We strive to use 100% organic materials and ingredients whenever possible. So, while all our products are 100% natural, we cannot say they are certified 100% organic because not every natural ingredient can be certified organic, for example, fermentations, biotechnology, and other powerful natural ingredients. We do only purchase ingredients from suppliers that use environmentally friendly practices.

  • Are your products safe for pregnant or nursing women?

    All of our products are made with non-toxic, non-artificial, fresh and 100% natural ingredients. Every person and every pregnancy are different, so we recommend discussing products with your physician. We always include the full list of ingredients on every product page, so you can consult your doctor and he/she can consider them for you.

  • Will CALOS Skincare work for my teenager?

    While we carefully select the best ingredients for our products to be gentle on your skin, with children we would recommend visiting a dermatologist first. You can consult the doctor with our full list of ingredients (found on every product page) and make sure it would be a good fit.

  • How should I store my products?

    We recommend storing our products in a cool, dark place. Your bathroom shelf is just fine.

  • What are the products’ shelf life?

    Shopping from our site ensures that our natural skincare and cosmetic products are produced in small batches and delivered fresh from us. We recommend using our products within 12 months after opening. If the products are unopened, they will remain good for 18 months after their batching date.

  • Why am I having trouble placing my order?

    We're sorry to hear that! It may help to try closing your browser and starting fresh, but if you continue to have problems, just email us at info@shopcalos.com so we can troubleshoot and help you place your order.

  • What if I received an order with broken items, missing items, or my package is missing?

    Please contact our INFOdesk as soon as possible after receiving your delivery or when you notice a package is missing after receiving our delivery confirmation email. For missing packages marked delivered to the address on the order, we require a minimum of 4 business days to file a claim with the carrier before sending a replacement. We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken, missing items, and missing packages outside of the 30-day return/exchange policy timeframe and without a photo of the broken items and/or package.

  • Can I exchange my item for something else?

    Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges on any items.

  • Is your packaging zero waste?

    Not only is CALOS packaging a beautiful frosted glass and silver color, but our focus on sustainability is incredible. All our product packaging is made of glass. What little plastic we do use is necessary for the function of the packaging and longevity of the content and is as eco-friendly as possible. The plastic resin for their pumps is derived from corn, which means it is made from a renewable resource instead of petroleum. Our mailers and GreenWrap offers similar cushioning and padded protection as bubble wrap but is naturally biodegradable, compostable, SFI-certified, and fully recyclable.
